We are aware that some customers have received televisions with damaged screens, and we want to assure you that we are addressing each case promptly. While there is always a small risk of damage during shipping, we found that the way these particular screens were packaged by Panasonic made them more fragile than usual. To help prevent this from happening in the future, we have recently reinforced our packaging.

Oh and I want to add that I ordered 5 of the 65 inch variants from Costco for my co-workers and all TVs arrived in perfect condition. So it's what I would call an isolated situation about TVs arriving damaged, most likely related to the logistics company.

I have a feeling people who have taken any college level intro statistics class (and paid attention) would disagree.
Not that I wouldn't personally draw some assumptions, but I've ordered plenty of stuff from amazon over the past few years that weren't "fragile tvs" that arrived at my door not working.
As far as the overall sales experience, amazon obviously has a (generally) fairly painless policy for consumers who get something broken in the mail (so long as "sold and shipped by amazon" or whatever the current policy is)
That said, buydig seems to be active in this thread, and generally are active on this site as a whole and everyone who has posted about having issues with shipping from them seems to be providing fair resolutions to any issues. They have every reason to fix the shipping issues, as in the end, an RMA is not fun for us as consumers, but is even worse for sellers who have to end up eating that cost one way or another. They also have an overall reputation to uphold on this specific page -- where they tend to post a lot of things from my short time being here (ehm)
For full transparency, I'm 99.9% certain I've never bought anything from buydig myself, but i wouldn't hesitate to if the right deal came up at the right time. The 0.1% chance is only because I have bought a signifcant amount of random stuff from this page over time and I might genuinely not remember.
As far as the product itself, I'm still in the "oled or bust" camp, so it's not really in my wheelhouse.

I was using an example of 6 TVs that was the entire group not talking about everyone on the site, obviously you missed that and I didn't spell it out clearly. I was simply stating in that small control group you are talking 17% when you expand to a larger population that number should be even lower. Factor in that the people that have the loudest voices in forums and online in general are usually people complaining, well there you have it, you have a false idea of the percentage and it has impressed this upon you as well as others. The bottom line is the incidents are isolated, they don't happen often and the people that got TVs in good condition don't say anything and remain silent which is why I offered my personal experiences with buydig and these specific televisions to help quell that line of irrational thinking.
