I have for earbuds that wouldn't connect to each other. They had me send them in and they tried to repair them. When they couldn't fix them, they refunded me the purchase price from eBay.
I found the process quite straight-forward. It gave me confidence to keep buying refurbished with their warranty

Just bought this last week. Darned! Wonder if they'll let me price match.

Anyways. Great monitor. It did show signs of usage but was packaged well. Everything was included and everything works great. Picture quality is good and refresh rate makes a good difference. Have only used 60-75hz screens.

Need to OC to get 180hz? Many monitors have a downside to oc such as disabled features or sub-sampling...
