some reviews say they found bugs in this lol. are chia seeds good for constipation? I'm trying to find alternative to laxaclear which I buy from costco for around $25 every 3 months

Yes chia seeds will definitely help. They have a ton of fiber. Just 2 tablespoons has like 35% DV. I put it in my green smoothie and it always kept me regular every morning.

Chia sees are good for constipation. They're also nutritious and good for you, unlike laxaclear.

I buy this brand regularly. They doubled their price as this is half the normal size at the same price I have been paying for over a year.
