It's in DirectInput mode over Bluetooth connection (for the advertised Android support). Nowadays most Windows games expect XInput controller (https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki...ler#XInput). So you'll need XInput wrapper program (which can create a virtual Xbox controller from a DirectInput device) for these games. Popular XInput wrappers include Steam client (by turning on "Enable Steam Input for generic controllers" option), XOutput, and x360ce.

These are excellent controllers. I bought one on Prime Day and we liked it so much we got another. I use them to play games on both Windows and Linux PCs and on Android.

The R4 buttons don't always work depending on the system/game but since they're not normal buttons I don't really miss them.
