Seems like a great price, same unit is on sale at Costco for $319 right now.

I will say that I bought this unit and will be returning it soon as it's way too loud for the $300+ price tag (and probably why there are enough returns for this refurbished item).

Is the warning from the cleaning agent or for the device? And can we use any cleaning agent like Bona or must we use the Shark brand?

I was hyped until I learned that you can't do multi-floor with Sharks. With my last rhomba I would one day let it clean my basement and another day let it clean my bedroom floor. For $100 this would be a steal

I use it on my carpet and vinyl flooring and it does great. I've been using mine for a week and a half and I couldn't be happier with it… thinking about buying one for my kids mom

So how does that work? Let's say there are relatively definable areas that should and should not be mopped. How do you tell it where the mopped sections are?

BTW I already have a shark vacuum and am familiar with the app. I am thinking of buying this for a kitchen/first floor are and relocating the other vac to the second floor.

Bro at $100 I can't be farked to ferry the damn robot back and forth - I'd just buy one for the basement and let it stay there.

Anyone attest how this works on laminate floors? Always worried about scratching with these.

What issues with the app?

Within the app, you have to set certain areas that are rugged. The robot will then ignore those areas if its mopping. Works great. I had the one without the self-emptying base, and it worked as intended.
It is not intended to mop and vacuum at one go. You need to select one or the other.
