This was posted recently - I just got mine on Monday and is actually 40, not 30 (yes the Amazon listing says 30) and the expiration date is September 2025 (yes, this year.)

I thought OP might have made an error in the cooking description above but I checked Amazon and it's there as well... "COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Open lid, add hot water and close life." This Ramen is to die for! 😆

In before the anti-salt gang

These are great, at least the "Spicy" flavor! They're not a ramen but rather "ramen style noodles" -- Cook in water, drain the water, add the liquid/salt seasonings included in the package. Great either stand-alone, with an egg or with stir fry/veggies. Throw a bit of "Spicy chili oil" or soy sauce on top for a bit extra flavor.

These tend to go for about ~$3-4 for a 5 pack at asian markets, and about double that price online, so 30 (or 40) for $11 is great!

Easy to make, tastes great, but again I'm sure it's loaded with salt so if you care at all, probably stay away 😂
The included packets are added by hand, so you can add less if you don't want as much flavor

Those expiration dates don't really matter on these type of things. But if that concerns, you start eating fast, my friend.

Actually, less than half of hot and spicy Nongshim. No powdered spice packet. And the included packets are TINY. So, have two and enjoy!

Interesting! I usually get the Hot & Spicy Indomie and those have 5 (!) flavor packets per brick -- 2 powders & 3 liquid pouches, I assumed these would be much worse than other ramens

Actually, there is one spice packet but the sodium is accurate.

I eat a lot of this stuff for breakfast. Surprisingly I haven't gotten sick of the flavor for years.
These are sold at some Costcos (at least in the NY Metro area) as item #1761449 It's likely the seller bought up a bunch from their local Costco and is selling through Amazon.

Because of the quick expiration date I've picked some up for $8.99 for a 40 pack. I believe their actual price is closer to $18/40 when I bought the first box. Honestly, I wouldn't worry about the expiration date. The worst I've seen on some of my older stuff is that the dark soya sauce gets more firm and doesn't ooze out as easily when making them.

There are 5 total seasoinings: the sodium/flavoring packet joined with the fried shallots/onions and a 3-in-1 for: oil, chili paste, dark soya sauce. It actually doesn't have as much sodium as other ramen/instant noodle packs. It does have MSG

Goes great with a fried egg and some protein.

Mine had an expiration date of September 2025. Not a deal breaker for $12.

This is shipped and sold by vendor, not fulfilled by Amazon. Look at the bad reviews, a lot of complaints on this particular vendor. Reviews mention shipping issues. Good product, good price, don't even mind close expiration, but not worth hassle of dealing with shady vendor.

27% 1 star negative reviews about this seller. Mostly selling stuff which is either out of date or very close to be out of date. So when you get this stuff you might want to double check the date.

classic, great instant dry noodles

if you dont wanna invest in a box, go to an asian grocery store and they may have like a 5 pack to try

Remember, you boil/cook the noodles and you will eat these noodles dry with their sauce packets and stuff
