Sorry, but just because the price ends in .97 or .00 it doesn't mean it's a good deal. It may be clearance in your store but may not a good price across other regions. Many of the items in your pics are on clearance near me for less. Unfortunately some Costco store managers now knows how to trick consumers merely by labeling it .97/.00 at the end when in essence only marking down a few bucks.

The 4 costcos within 10 miles of me can have one item listed at $5 while another at $19.97.

A point of clarification, the .97 price is just an unadvertised sale. These are typically more than single store sales, and have nothing to do with the managers or clearance pricing.
.00, .47, and .49 are the manager sales (aka store specific).
I used to work at costco.

That igloo 80 dual zone is from last year, I'm pretty sure. I don't think any other Costco stores carry it anymore. They must have stored them on shelf for a year

Rinsekit seems all the stores are selling them at 149, costco sold those last year
