Check reviews. 18% are 2-Star or less with 10% of those being 1-Star.
That being said, I'd take negative reviews with a grain of salt. Some people get bad units.
One of the negative reviews complains about not ever receiving the unit which has nothing to do with the product's function. This user rated it 1 stat because, and I quote, "some one else stay there"
