Great deal! Unfortunately not able to order in my area. Same thing happened last time where some regions could order successfully and others got through checkout until final step with a messaging saying unavailable.

Yes, this is the more simple impact and the sander is a sheet sander, not an random orbital sander. I'd wait and see what other sales/combos come out where you get the better impact and orbital sander instead.
