I have the self propelled 80V version that came with two 4.0mah batteries from earlier this year. I never use the self propelled feature and the 4.0 battery still does not last long enough to mow my typical suburban lawn. You'll for sure need to swap batteries mid mow with this and hope the first battery charges enough to finish the job once you're using battery #2

Yes, I try to cut my grass every week during peak season. If I wait two weeks, it will drain my battery quickly.

3 batteries is the ideal setup to never run out of power. If you add the weed whacker with battery to complete the set then you'll be golden. We've had the Kobalt 80V set for almost 9 years with no issues.

I am not sure if that is an even comparison or maybe my push is different. But I have 1 4ah and could cut about 1/3 acre without running out. Push is honestly the way to go with these things. They are so light, any best way to maximize battery.

Now I will say this bundle is not that good. 2ah batteries are meh and I really only use them for weed eater and hedger. The blower is a power machine, 2ah will not do much and this is the lower tier blower. I recommend the 800 one but the 770 (i think) is good too.

If you are just starting off and have to have it I guess not that bad but I think you could do better waiting for other deals.

Did they make different 80v models? I have the 80v Pro that was at Costco with the two 4ah batteries. The mower holds two batteries.

I ask as my experience has been the complete opposite. I've got 0.6ac with a good bit of grass. I can get through mowing that on both batteries. I do cut on the max height.

*edit* Yeah I just looked, this is a less robust machine compared to the 80v Pro.
