Anyone know how good these are? Or if they are worth the price. I have some AirPods and appreciate the ease of use with the iPhone and would prefer an over the ear style instead.

Competition have caught up. Unless you love the apple ecosystem, i'd at least consider the sony 1000xm6's
If you really want Apple ecosystem, these are good. They connect seamlessly across devices signed into the same Apple account, and even if you have multiple accounts (e.g work and personal) they will quickly switch with a click in the settings menu of the Mac or iPhone. Great sound and noise cancellation, and transparency mode.
Lots of major Downsides:
Will drain batteries down to zero over a few days if you don't use the bra case it comes with. The bra case sucks and is a major pain in the ass to use. I just let the batteries drain and recharge the headphones.
HEAVY. Will slip if you move around. Sometimes they slip even if I just look down. High clamping force to counteract they weight.
Will sometimes freeze altogether a few times a month, and require resetting by doing a button dance.
Subject to a design flaw where the internal connectors get grimy over time and will result in Bluetooth disconnections and device malfunctions. Need to take it apart once in a while to clean it.
Subject to another design flaw where condensation from your sweat builds up inside the headphone. Exacerbates the first design flaw.
Overall I love the APM, and they are my most used headphone because I can rely on them to connect where I want them to almost every time. But the PX7 S2 or Sennheiser Momentum 4 would be my picks if I were on any sort of budget or value mindset.
