Gaming chairs in general are bad and aren't ergonomic. Get an ergonomic office chair if you plan on spending any appreciable amount of time in it

there's a running joke in the pc peripheral and gaming community about how RGB lighting is slowly taking over all pc components. I remember when reddit was in an uproar over RGB monitors, now we have RGBs on furniture

THIS! Don't fall for the marketing nonsense. These "gaming chairs" are usually two flat pieces of wood attached to each other. No padding or body shaping at all... TERRIBLE for your spine (and the rest of your body). Just say no. Treat yourself well.
