I know it's 3066 pieces, but how does the size of this compare to previous modulars? Seems like some sets they've been releasing have high piece count but are pretty small.

100%. But as much as I want this at THIS awesome price...I dropped about the same amount on the LEGO Ideas Tree House just a couple months ago. But boy HOWDY...I'd love to get this!

Same here. UPS destroyed it. It also had been previously opened. I asked Amazon for a replacement and they sent me one that was in perfect condition. Came today.
