What are the chances stores run out by the evening (i.e. after 5pm or so)? Based on previous similar deals, and if so do they do rainchecks?

My pops had this Jack and I was just using it. It is phenomenal. Smooth, no play in the handle (it raises immediately upon pushing the handle down). Easy to adjust and move.

I own this 3 ton jack, when I used it for the first time, I told my Dad why he's been using those shi**y small jacks for decades. Never again, this thing is a beast and so easy to jack up a car.

With that said it's not the lightest thing to roll around, understandably

Is this too much for the casual oil change and car repair? I'm an average joe who works on a mini van from time to time and maybe another car once in a while. Is there anything cheaper with the same convenience or is this good for the price?
