What ratio or percentage do you use to clean the coils?
Mind you, I've been using Simple Green Pro HD Professional-Grade Heavy-Duty Cleaner (Some good info in that thread IMO) to clean my heat pumps for two years now and I haven't tried the industrial version ergo the ratios might be a bit off. Still, 10:1 sounds reasonable.
I posted a response in that HD Professional thread you might find helpful when cleaning heat pumps. Had to set a gouging HVAC pro straight. 😂

I ask primarily since I once bought what was listed as "industrial" and it actually seemed weaker (dilute). I do see this one at least has the same "concentrated" listed as the standard product.

That stuff is amazing a janitor told me about it
Have you actually used simple green on aluminum? I own a shop that does LS and coyote engine swaps and we use simple green exclusively to clean the donor engines for the very fact that it does not stain the aluminum parts like every other cleaner we have tried. It does an amazing job and has never been a problem on any metal or alloy I have seen…and that's been on probably 500 engines.
Yes, I have. Please don't shoot the messenger. This is a known issue with aluminum ... even SG acknowledges the problem. The US Army stopped using the product on the helos years ago due to corrosion issues. Were you not aware of this problem?

I pay a little extra and buy the SG product APPROVED for aluminum.
