Looks like a good deal if you don't mind the open box. We have the Joseph Joseph brand. I love how all grocers now use compost bags as standard for produce. Fits perfectly. Saves us from buying the bags now.

FYI one potential issue with this design is that the caddy has no holes in the lid. If you regularly keep it closed, you'll end up with some anaerobic decomposition, which can get quite smelly. So either plan to leave it mostly open or pick a different compost bin that has holes. The one I use (Utopia Kitchen) has holes and an activated carbon filter disc. My compost doesn't pick up at my house, so I also got a huge Gamma2 Vittles Vault 50lb airtight dog food container for my garage to hold more. That thing stinks to high heaven but it's in my garage, so no big deal.

Not sure if this is magic, but the description does say this:Food scraps are smelly, the soft-seal lid lets food scraps breathe minimizing odor and keeping pests like fruit flies away.

Haha not sure what witchcraft they've employed, but maybe if it opens frequently enough and you unload it often, it'll be fine. The product pictures don't make it seem like it has any clever ventilation. YMMV!
