While it should stack with sale items, I reached out to support via chat and they confirmed it doesn't not stack with bundle discounts.

That's actually not 100% true. While they are right the MC bundles dont stack, the price matched bundles do (which not every MC will do), this is because each item is listed separately on the receipt. I actually did this last year with the $195 5600X bundle (CPU, MOBO, and RAM) from Newegg, where i ended up getting the 5600x for $85 by using this coupon. i had to go back to MC because the MC had lowered its price on the 5600X a few days after I bought it and so i did the return on the unopened 5600X, bought it again at the new $110 price (it was listed as $125 when I originally bought it) and used this $25 coupon to drop it down to $85.
