Is the normal price really $400 for one of these?

No but the one without the basketball net is $200 at walmart. So this is still roughly 50% off the true price. I just cancelled my order for the similar $200 model and got this one, thanks op!

Half of the bad reviews appear to be missing parts from damage during shipping. The other half appears to be with the quality. I'd give it a chance except some of pictures show welds failing and poles coming apart. I'd rather my kids not be impaled so I'm going to pass on this one.

Wait for State Farm to drop your policy after they get drone surveillance and see you have a trampoline. It sounds dystopian, but it happened to my neighbor.

My last one (had it for 10 years) went to heaven and landed like 50 yards away in a storm. So this was cheap enough. Then, like you, i saw the reviews and cancelled. Big hassle.

I was forced to take down my trampoline last month in order to get home owners. Previous company dropped us because my roof is too old (after literally doubling the cost the year before), progressive wanted the whole house to have hurricane shutters to even finish a quote, and the new company was good up until we said we had a trampoline. For anyone truly looking, I did a bunch of searching initially and ended up with a Jumpzylla. Was a great trampoline, kids used it every day, pretty sure the weight limit was higher than this as well, held up through several snowy winters and hot summers before I took it apart. I have no idea about the prices currently, thinkni spent like 300 or so however back then.

Was it anchored down? I got an anchor kit off amazon that seemed sturdy, but thankfully we did not have a storm crazy enough to test it before we took it down.

Just purchased the similar model with the light on it and no hoop. Assembly wasn't too bad. All parts in good shape. Instructions were solid. Had 400 lbs of family on it, but only the 6 year old was jumping. I do not dare break a new trampoline…just yet. Bought the slide ladder off amazon for $30 as this doesn't come with one

I have the 10ft model and weight capacity is 175lbs. I weight 220 and bounce on it all the time. Holding up great.
