I like it. Battery last a long time, the adjustable light makes it easy to find the right angle that suits you (avoid glare, etc), the different white tones really help at night (yellowish is easier to read for me at night), the clasp is strong enough to stay clasped.
For $5, I think anyone looking at this would be happy.
One caveat, which should be for all clip on book lights....don't use this as a bookmark! As thin as the clasp is, it will still leave an indent from the pressure of the book pages against the thin metal.
