Was at MC yesterday and found these on sale. Probably one of the least expensive in-stock 5080s at the current time. I installed mine last night and so far it's a great GPU. Newegg also has them for this price, but are out of stock. YMMV as there is no shipping available.

I'd probably agree with you if you could find this one in stock at $750 (there's one near me at a Walmart) https://www.walmart.com/ip/PNY-GeForce-RTX-5070-Ti-Overclocked-Triple-Fan-GPU-DLSS-4/16260461579?cla... [walmart.com] but most 5070ti are in the $850-900 range now, and price/performance is fairly close for those that want the extra performance.

I got one of these over a week ago, Been really happy with it. No noise issues, don't have the 'bad fans' others reported. Overclocks well runs cold. Solid 20% boost over 5070ti in 4k. They've been restocking these and selling them like mad at microcenter. I was after a 5070ti for awhile, just gave up lots of wasted time trying to get the 'good' price that's pulled away in seconds when they restock.

To give you an idea of pricing - I paid MSRP for my 5080 @ $999 from Nvidia.
$800 for a 5070TI is overpriced as well as $1200 for a 5080.

I have been seeing these in stock at the local Micro-center, I think it's a good deal. They also have the PNY rtx 5090 for $2500, picked up one of those for my flight simulator pc.

You can easily find 5070tis for $829. If you get the 5080 for $1199, you're paying 36% Premium for 10-15% in performance. It's really not that close unless you get 5080 for MSRP.
