I noticed this online a couple days ago when I was looking to order some larger sizes, and I probably wrongfully assumed they'd all be gone at that price. I think I'm gonna have to swing into Lowe's and check, thanks for the post!

The tool department manager said, once Lowes clearances all the Taiwanese wrenches, they are replacing them with India sourced, due to tariffs.

It did let me order clearance price from one store through the app for the 10mm...which broke on me from a previous set. However, if I changed the store to one a little closer to me, it would not let me purchase online.

Yep, it still is the price if you order online.

Taiwanese, Reversible, 90 tooth, lifetime warranty....they ream you when you need to replace a single wrench in a set.
