Great price but if you use these a lot and long term, get preservative free! These are fine for occasional use.

yes.. I've gone through a gallon of "best" eyedrops and these are one of the few that helped. I have severe dry eye and blepharitis so it was even hard to shop online sometimes. I finally started better eyelid care, some antibiotics helped a lot. I'm now using tea tree oil wipes that help cleanse and sooth inflamed eyelids. I probably did some damage from all those preservatives along the way to learning. A lot of eye doctors missed the mark.

For preservative free I recommend the other product that TheraTears sells.

Preservative free means they come in individual vials but those are still good across 1-2 days (ophthalmologist told me that). Just make sure to not get the tip of them dirty with any germs.

When you first get to the amazon page it defaults to S&S, so before clipping the coupon switch it to One Time Purchase, then clip coupon, switch to SNS and there should be another coupon.

May I know what antibiotics and tea tree oil wipes you're using? Thanks.

A get the aversion to the preservatives, but what's considered "occasional use." Drops packaged like this state to discard unused portion 45 days after opening.

So if you're only using them a couple times a week, you're throwing about the vast majority of the product.

I've heard from my doctor that did my lasik, multiple eye doctors that using normal lubricating eye drops with preservatives is fine daily if you only use them for around ~4 times a day.

Kind of doubt there is any serious issue with using them every day about that much otherwise they likely would at least not be OTC anymore.

sure.. glad to help.. eye pain can get pretty bad. These are the tree oil wipes.. I have others with but these are most soothing and I do my whole face and hair with them. and on sale! I like the OP drops but just started Miebo a week ago for dry eye after a week of Tobramycin drops (rubbed on eyelids). Probably sore eyes from too much screen time, maybe some allergy too. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CNY6S3Z4?th=1

I also bought this natural antibiotic wipe and just found the tree oil version on sale. YMMV every eye is different... even my left and right. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0912S6DXW/?th=1

Try resting with a warm clean cloth over eyes for like 20 minutes at a time first, see if that helps you.
