The $15 can't be used to purchase prescription medications, gift cards, postage stamp sales, milk, cigarettes, fuel, tobacco products, alcoholic beverages or any other items prohibited by law.
When redeeming the $15, it's probably easiest to checkout at Customer Service, instead of the regular checkout lines. Otherwise, the regular cashier needs to know that they need to type in the item code on the receipt to redeem the offer (and the cashier will physically keep the certificate that's printed on the receipt).
