Both Philips Sonicare and Oral-B electric toothbrushes are effective for oral hygiene, and the "better" choice often comes down to personal preference and specific needs. Studies comparing the two brands have yielded mixed results, with some suggesting Oral-B is slightly superior for plaque removal and gum health, while others favor Sonicare for reducing gingivitis. Ultimately, the most important factor is consistent and correct usage of either type of electric toothbrush.
an Oral-B with its oscillating cross action cleaning in the evening
AND
a Sonicare (in the 5xxx series or above) with its fluid pulses to rid what's left off the crevices of your teeth and gumline in the morning?
Best of both world, I say!

Yes because you can always return a product back to Costco. Lifetime warranty:--)
Thanks but are you familiar with the operation of both brushes if they differ much? My Googling suggested diamond clean was an older model and I don't care about the multiple intensity modes offered on the diamond handle
Don't get so stuck in the details. A tooth brush is a tooth brush. Brushing twice daily is far more important than semantics
