Based on my experience, Hanes tends to wear out more quickly. This has been consistent across all their product lines—socks, shirts, undershirts, and so on.

So I normally wear these:

Obviously I only get them on sale at 40% off when I can.

I tried a pack of cheap fruit of the loom pocket tees, 100% cotton. They felt like Charmin toilet paper. Also shrunk a lot after first wash.

Will Hanes be the same?
