This is the lowest price ever by $100. Yesterday you couldn't find it for under $1000.
There are many quality TVs out there at 65" and 75" but if you need 70", the higher quality TVs are becoming very rare and I suspect will be completely out of stock soon.

Unless you are trying to run somewhat competitive games on your TV or want to run PS5 games on performance mode which will make them no longer 4K, it literally doesn't matter. Movies are shot in 24hz and YouTube content caps out at 60hz as well as most casual games.

Mind you, better deals will always eventually show up on newer 65" and 75" models, but 70" is disappearing and I don't know if this deal will ever be beat. Then of course there's the tariff thing -- another reason acting now isn't a bad idea if you need a TV.
They are shot in 60Hz. People may say you should get 120 for them but they are very very wrong. TVs would need to artificially insert frames to make a 60hz broadcast 120hz and they always mess up causing stuttering and what is known as the "soap opera effect"

Don't. That one is Mini-LED, This one is not. That one will have much better contrast.
