Do it in another order, Purchased another 1st and 2nd cards from Amazon, nothing wrong, click link to go to zify website to redeem it, chose lowes card and cannot place order, it says we are unable to process your order, however I can see balance 100 for both 2 cards on zift website, just cannot place order but give me a serial number.
Called zifty CSR, no help, said I need to ask Amazon and they cannot help, so bad altitude.. Amazon sent me 100 cards and I can see balance on zify website, so this should not be Amazon problem.
Does anybody else get same issue when oder multi times? Maybe zify cannot handle such numerous orders so website crashed?
