While this is a great router, unless you are locked in the Asus ecosystem or plan to use AiMesh, I would still pass on it for a wifi 7 router... Especially since TP-Links right now have a better speced TriBand for $135 that I posted earlier today...

The Flint 2 router is truly the best router for the money. Unless you really need wifi 7, I would go for that over this.

Current have one as an AP but need to replace my primary router. Have been debating investing into either a wired back haul mesh system under Asus, or having primary router be a Ubiquit or a flint.
Is it worth going more deeply into Asus?
