It can, unless they updated it last I checked it has 20ms EPS. (UPS is <10ms or better). Most gaming computers barring the high draw cards will draw around 260-500 underload so it should be fine to get you to finish whatever you need to do during a blackout

The best way is to get something like a kil-a-watt meter measure they are like $10 on amazon, and check your heaviest load on your extension (include monitors) during gaming and measure it that way.

If it was me, I'd buy neither. I recently purchased a 1000+ Wh unit with a 1800W inverter to power my refrigerator during power outages.
