It's also not great calories / protein / sugar ratio. Plenty of options with similar calories, more protein, and less sugar.

With that said, I use about 1/4 to 1/3 of a bar chopped up as yogurt or ice cream mix-ins and they're pretty tasty for that purpose.

Definitely! And if that works for you, then keep doing it. But you can get better protein cheaper if you used a half a scoop of protein powder mixed in.
