Infimobile was a nightmare to set up and I only got it partially working. Definitely buy it from Amazon….i ended up returning it.

Customer service? Talked to them for 15 mins , but they really never helped me at all. They said they send me an email with apn settings and stuff but they never did. I tried calling them again 2x but just got a busy signal….That's when I returned it.

It was cheap and if it works for you have at it.

Am still trying to get the service up and running from the last time this was on sale. I put the info they want on the website nothing happens. Tried calling got voice mail, sent an email got no answer.

This is a good deal but all self-service so if you are not good at DIY steer clear.

I needed T-Mobile but eSIM. I had to port-in to the T-Mobile SIM product (you don't actually need a working phone), then self-service on the infimobile website to convert to eSIM (they do charge $7 + tax for this). But got it all up and running in less than 30 min.
