The reviews are decent enough and $20 bucks cheaper than last lowest price. If I was in college and needed a frame, I'd bite at this price.

12 inch clearance from the frame rail to the floor would leave you about enough room to line up shoes along the side of the bed and those low profile totes. The 18" or taller bed frames allow for full size tote storage underneath and if just using a memory foam mattress without box springs would likely make this bed feel like it sits lower to the floor. Still a great price for a metal bed frame with headboard and footboard, but if you plan on any bed focused activities im sure this bed frame will be the one to let your immediate neighbors know you're having a good time from all the squeaks. Could likely mitigate this with pieces felt in the frame rail pockets to mitigate the metal on metal squeak opportunities.
