This was $50 cheaper a few months ago, no thanks. $500 should be the price for a 55-inch by now.

42" is the more common monitor… 42 c2/c3/c4.

i currently use this as a pc monitor. my setup is quite close so the screen is maybe a foot away (lol trying to fix that). even so, i have no complaints about this thing as monitor. it works great and the text is always readable.

I have the LG A2 48" OLED which is a 60Hz tv. I have been using it as a PC monitor for 2.5 years now. Depending on if I can find a place to put my A2 (or sell it), I was hoping to upgrade to the B4 for the following reasons:
  • 120Hz (vs. 60Hz)
  • Nvidia GSync and AMD Freesync are supported on B4
  • Better TV chip - upscaling, sharpness, brightness

yes works great as a PC monitor. But it was $500 3 & 4 months ago, last year's model. will probably get cheaper if you can wait it out.

Been using this as a monitor for a few months. It's a very good display, but man does the chip suck on the tv. Every menu is very sticky and has like 3 seconds of lag between every submenu

Wish the 55" was this price and not 1k 🙈 55 is perfect fit my size bedroom but 48 is just not big enough.

Not gonna happen, purely wishful thinking on your part.
