enjoy the forced ads on your echo show. the huge selling point of devices like like echo spot and echo hub is the ability to completely disable the ads that keep popping up.

This is the lowest it's been since release so anyone's guess really. Maybe a good chance of 10-15% back with a Prime Visa.

I thought it was around the price last Prime Day too, but I can't remember. Also, if you have any type of Echo trade in, you can usually get 20% off. But I'd wait until Prime Day, and check Amazon and also Woot for Echo deals

Ever since they started recording without permission and you literally have to turn it off to stop I'm out.

The Echo Show 5 3rd gen is only $15 more at $59 which to me would be worth the small additional cost. I like the simplicity of this Spot, but the Show 5 has the added functionality of being able to show your Ring cameras when you ask. I love that I can see who is at my door or what's happening in my backyard right on my night stand.

The AI features look cool--thanks for sharing those in this thread. Alexa truly has gotten so dumb (maybe more dumb than Siri if you still have an older phone that isn't Apple AI compatible). Nice that they are including that service with Prime.

I have a previous gen echo spot that flickers all the time. Still functions the image just flicks up and down. I can't find if it says How functional the device needs to be for a trade in. Anyone know it it just needs to not be cracked and turn on?
