I tried to purchase from Walmart. I bought online for in store pick up. I got notice of a substitution. They substituted the same item but at the higher price. lol. I canceled, decided it wasn't worth dealing with that kind of stupidity.

I was waiting for Amazon to match this, but already purchased via the Walmart deal two days ago.

Got this via Walmart to replace the HDX SD from awhile back that has a design flaw where the handle leaks water if overfilled or tilted backwards. This spigot style makes a difference for convenience and makes me wish I would've gone spigot from the beginning

I also purchased from Walmart but it did not come in the box as shown in the photo. It came vacuum wrapped in a plastic film with chips and cracks on the corners due to poor packaging. Also, reviews stated the spigot fails overtime and will drip / leak.

I owned this and the spigot cracked within 6 weeks leaving me with a worthless piece of plastic and $40 poorer. The design is mostly at fault. i have a refrig shelf with a front lip on it to prevent spills from spilling out of the fridge, I wanted to refill the half-full container which still has sizable weight of water in it. So where to you grab to pull it slide it out of the fridge? The spigot sticking out. The very first time I did this the plastic cracked and out came the water and my $40. Yes you can blame me but it is very natural to grab it to lift it and it should have been designed/reinforced better. Full of water the container weighs over 13 pounds and the spigot is not designed to deal with that much weight.

Yeah no. This is definitely on you. Grab the spigot? How about that plastic lip on top of the container? There are 2 of them. One in front and the other in the back. For lifting.
