The Bella Pro DoubleUp Oven with Probe Thermometer (Stainless Steel) is moderately easy to clean, but a few specific factors can affect the effort involved:

🔹 What's Easy to Clean:
• Stainless steel exterior: Wipes down easily with a damp cloth and mild cleaner. Fingerprints and smudges may show, but a quick polish with a microfiber cloth solves it.
• Removable crumb tray: Slides out for easy disposal of crumbs and light debris. You can clean it with warm soapy water.
• Removable racks and baking pans: Typically dishwasher-safe or easily cleaned by hand.

🔹 What's a Bit Tricky:
• Interior walls: Like most toaster/convection ovens, the interior walls are not nonstick-coated, so splatters (especially from cheese or oil) may require some elbow grease. Use a non-abrasive sponge and a bit of baking soda paste or vinegar for tough spots.
• Heating elements: These are exposed and can't be removed, so you'll need to carefully clean around them without soaking them.

🔹 Tips to Make Cleaning Easier:
• Line the crumb tray with foil (punctured so airflow isn't blocked).
• Wipe down the interior after each use once it cools slightly—this prevents buildup.
• Use a silicone baking mat or parchment on pans to reduce residue.

Bottom line: It's no harder to clean than most compact ovens, and thoughtful regular maintenance will go a long way.

I want to share my recent experience with bella PRO product.

I have a 9-month-old Bella PRO coffee maker, and the bracket on the drip cup broke off last week. I reached out to bella PRO customer service for assistance. They replied within 24 hours, informing me that they do not sell replacement parts for their products and that the broken bracket is not covered under their 2-year limited warranty. The representative suggested that I search the internet for replacement parts.

The coffee maker originally cost over $120, but I bought it for just over $20 during a sale at Best Buy, making it a cheap option to test. However, it's frustrating to think about spending $120 only to find out that a reputable manufacturer like bella PRO won't repair or provide replacement parts.

From this experience, I've decided not to buy bella PRO again.
