None of my Galaxy buds sounded good until I used aftermarket tips that fit & sealed in my large ears. I like the sound of these better than my Buds Plus, (using a Samsung phone with both). Not as detailed as my 1000XM5s, but pleasant & full sounding with good bass, nonetheless. In my experience, the build quality & longevity of Galaxy earbuds have been impressive compared to almost all other brands I've owned, so I've recommended these to friends/family looking for high-value, solid earbuds.

Got these with my Galaxy S24. The sound quality is totally fine for someone that isn't an audiophile. After a few months however, these (like previous Galaxy Buds I've had) have one earbud where the audio is extremely quiet. Not sure why this happens. I can only use one earbud and the low audio one just stays in the charging case.

Have this issue with head phones as well and the reason is probably the gross one you don't want to hear. But really need to deep clean the little openings use a little isopropyl alcohol on a q-tip as well as possibly something like a paper clip to get in there and open them up from the gunk of sweat/dirt/earwax

Spiritual successor to the Galaxy Buds+ for anyone who loved those. The only feature missing compared to those is wireless charging.
