I bought this one the other day, its actually pretty good. The metal plate on the back of the neck I guess contribute to some cooling as it is linked to the fans pointing to the back.

seems ok, so far a couple days using it. One button to use so its fairly simple. Cools your head if you're walking in the sun. Its currently around 85F where I am so its not too hot yet. I would recommend it.

Got this from the precious FP. My first neck fan, but it doesn't seem to work that well? Kind of feels like the air is not being blown at me and I can't redirect it.
