Wait, under $400 for an e-bike and it's got a negative one rating (before I upvoted it) — what am I missing!?
One thing I'd be concerned about is longevity - warranty support, product support, parts availability... will you still be able to get replacement parts for it in 5-10 years? ...or do they basically just make it to be disposable & fully replaced once every few years?
(and no, the answer shouldn't be "it's only $388..")
Also, these aren't UL certified electronics / batteries.. so they're not necessarily as safe/well-made as those that are.
