Its a little light on ram for a modern build, I would suggest just getting the second set of 16gb sticks now, youre going to want them. With DDR4 manufacturing ending, a lot of demand will fall onto DDR5 and the price could go up.

The deal editor appears to have made a major error in rewriting my post for frontpage by just copying over information from a previous deal. The motherboard should be the ASRock Z890 Steel Legend WiFi, not the ASRock Z890 Pro RS WiFi that the frontpage edit of this deal lists. Refer to my original post (linked below the incorrect rewritten frontpage post) for the actual deal. Could a staff member / deal editor / mod please fix this?

I was playing around with a bunch of different options yesterday and I ended up going with the ASUS Prime z890M-Plus, I then added another 2 sticks of the patriot ram to go with the 2 free sticks so I'll be running 32gb, added the MSI Spatium 2TB M.2 SSD came out to $525 after taxes out the door paid $562. I'm happy with the price I paid since I already have a 3070TI and a 750w PS. Will be a huge upgrade for me since I'm coming from an i7-7700k LOL. Should hold me over for at least the next 5 years for under $600 but I'm sure I'll upgrade the GPU a lot sooner.
