This is not one I have used, but hear good things about it.

However, price seems high to me. I usually spend $30 on 600 yard spools of 832.

This was the original fused braided line, so it was more expensive out of the gate and has remained that way despite competitors (it has gotten cheaper, just not cheap).

If you're using a spinning reel or baitcaster there's some advantage to it as it's superior from a line twist/memory standpoint, helping to reduce or eliminate wind knots. Is it worth the nearly 2-3x premium over Spiderwire which has had a number of deals in the $6-10 per 200/300 yard spool at the same strength? For me, for most applications no, but I always have one spinning reel spooled with it when I know I'm casting into a strong wind and don't feel like having a wind knot develop on me and cost me an expensive lure.

That's usually my price point to buy and will find it on sale from time to time on various websites and then I buy ahead knowing I will use it.

But if you don't mind buying items in bulk, there is a great website I buy a lot of fishing stuff from. It's called discount fishing deals dot com. The guy who owns the website is Christopher Stewart. If you are on Facebook you can find him there also and in the FB group bass baits buy and barter.
