I have this robot (bought new, not a refurb), and really love it. It was an upgrade from an older roomba and then a shark r750. The room mapping and criss-cross patterns look great, and it's still amazing how much crap it continually gets from the carpet.
I'd say I'm pretty clean, but anytime I look at what the robot picks up, I stand corrected.

I chose this vacuum over the higher models because of the higher vacuum power. Until recently reading something on it, I didn't even consider that the higher suction was probably due to it having a dual roller instead of the single. Either way, it does a great job.

I've never used the mopping function, I don't have high hopes for that - but eventually will give it a shot.

In the market. It looks like the Q5 Pro+ is also on sale. Which would be your choice for a small house that's all hardwood and laminate?

I have a refurb Qrevo Master and I love it as well. I always use mopping together with vacuuming, because my little kid crawls a lot.
I think roborock is a game changer and the using experience is completely different compared to roomba. I also own a iRobot j8 from costco, and I thought it was a good deal when I purchased it just 2.5 years ago. And now I feel the roomba is so dumb when navigating. It's designed to hit the wall a little bit to understand it needs to stop going forward. While the rock can just tell the right path mainly with its camera/sensor, hence the cleaning time is much shorter. I definitely use it more after switching to roborock.

I have all the same thoughts, i own this same robot. 10/10 on the vacuum portion, the moping barely works. it's essentially just dragging a wet microfiber cloth behind it, it's not very useful, but the rest of the robot is superb.

RTINGS says it's pretty good for the $300 price point for hard floors, but they don't count mopping, just debris pickup, which doesn't take into account the grime and oils on the floor. I have the Eufy S1 Pro, and it's amazing since it's actually cleaning your floors with continually clean water & detergent, not just smearing dirt around. Eufy came out with the E25 which might be an improvement at $765.
