3. Convenient and safe to carry: When there is a battery, it weighs about 110g, 3.90z, and the length is 116mm, 4.5 inches. You can put the FC11C in your back and pocket, and 4 clicks lock the flashlight to prevent it from being turned on in your bag.
4. Sturdy body and not afraid of rain: Use Aerospace grade 6061 grade aluminum alloy, IPX8 waterproof level, 1m/3.28ft impact resistance. You can also use it in harsh environments.

I have this light. It's nice. I have a bunch of lights though. For the price this is a great flashlight. Better than 99% of lights at big box stores.

Not really, they are two quite different lights that, unless you are a one-only flashlight person, don't compete. Awesome deal on the SC33 though.
