Same, I'm on the fence because of the reviews. My takeaway is that the fabric sounds rough, not the most comfortable but it helps with durability. Need to keep it on a rug or something non slip, pillows can move around a lot, potentially fall over the back due to low back height. Can't tell how much of a nuisance that would be or if it would happen to me.

No seat cushions? Light color. Make sure you put this in a room where no one will ever sit on it. Maybe put it in your museum?
