For a full sized kitchen one, Not in any meaningful way. One this small, It'll get you a few hours if you plug it in while it's still cold. It won't get you thru a whole nite. Also it's only 300 watts so it may not be able to handle it at all depending on the surge when your compressor kicks on.

This will run small electronics fine; a fan, a couple lamps, your router. But nothing like a microwave or air conditioner, the startup would overload it

Theoretically, 293 Wh / 100 W = 2.93 hours. Theoretically.
In reality, the Jackery Explorer 300 has a maximum input rate of 87 W from a DC connected solar panel, their website says that their own 100 W panel can charge the battery in 3.5 hours, which is an input rate of 83.7 W/h
So figure that this panel will take a minimum of 3.5 hours to charge the Jackery Explorer 300 box fully from 0, and it will take longer based on the solar conditions of the day and the positioning of the panel.

I see the solar panel is in sale for $99 and the solar panel includes USB ports, does thst mean we don't need anything else and the orange panel can charge devices? It says 100W, does that mean it should be able to charge cellphone on 1 hour? How long would it take to charge OPs listed battery from zero? Referring to this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09W2CFT61

This would work. But exact timings would be anecdotal to what other people have. Your experience depends strongly on not just your baseline power draw for these items, but also how your workload affects and changes that draw, esp. for the laptop. My Dell 2-in-1 with a U-class Intel CPU is going to draw differently from my Precision w/NVIDIA, for example -- and I could disable the NVIDIA on the latter and improve things in terms of power draw.

Listing is misleading as the solar panel is optional and expensive.
Anyone thinking a $159 battery pack is going to make them off-grid ready for WW3/Zombie Apocalypse is probably going to be disappointed. But, better than nothing I guess.
Very cool toy to have for beach days. Will power a car mini fridge, Bluetooth speaker, air pump for flotation devices, and charge everyone's phones just fine for a few hours.
If you do the solar panel, realize that load on the battery will most likely exceed the charging rate when using the device.
