You can padlock it shut. There are two small plastic loops on the front. There's a review on Pelican's site with a picture of it locked

Pelican does make some very heavy duty cases, and I am a sucker for a cool case, so it is tempting; however, if you need a small case like this, the apache 1800 from harbor freight is like $10 and has slightly more internal room and comes with adjustable foam. It is only IP65 rated instead of IP68, but I feel like that is plenty for most people.

$36 with the coupon seems way more reasonable than $80, but it seems to serve a very specific purpose.

If you need a dry box about 30% larger size, maybe the Apache is a good deal. The evergreen line on Amazon is more comparable for this size category. Comparable evergreen is $30. Yes specific need definitely. Not many manufacturers claim you can driver over their box.

This doesn't appear to be lockable, so it's very much not suited to responsible pew pew storage.

EDIT: Thanks to robotnixon who notes that it actually can be locked! Not sure why the amazon post doesn't show or mention the feature, but I stand corrected!

I love that in one of the pics they use a $40 case for a $3 tire plug that gets tacky after first use.

I have three Apache 1800s serving as decent organizers indoors. They all feel a bit off to open/close because of how warped the plastic is. IP65 is very generous and I put anything I care about or that will be in actual weather in something better.

What is this coupon you speak of?
At first I scoffed at the idea of using it for a humi, but saw the review that said 20 sticks and started to rethink my position.

Deal appears to be dead now, but there was a 10% coupon to clip IIRC. It only knocked off like $4 though.

So, I spent the weekend larping with this box building the tiniest full toolbox I can put together. I was able to put almost all the tools needed for having a toolbox anywhere you go. This thing is much bigger on the inside than I expected.
