I placed an order a little while ago. It's been stuck in some weird processing state. Support is not helpful. I placed two orders to make sure it wasn't a fluke.

Hmm can't decide to bite the bullet at this price or keep waiting.

Anyone have any tips on how to get the $50 first time app purchase to apply? I've never made a purchase and used to see the coupon apply but now it doesn't.

Is it only possible to have an EPP account if you're in the education field? I don't see a way to register for any other field

This is a way better deal than the F model, and the one people should be jumping on.

Great deal for those with these accounts but aside from faculty members i don't see how students would buying a pretty pricey soundbar system. I see Samsung also doing this with TVs that are in the $1k range

Finally, was waiting for the $699, thanks op. Hopefully it's not as buggy as people seem to complain about online

This may be a dumb question, but does this remember the last volume you used? Does it allow you to start at a default volume? I had to return the Bose for this reason

It should. My older Samsung Soundbar starts at the volume we left it at which is usually between 10-25 for general viewing.

It does remember the last volume you used. I do not believe it allows you to set a default volume for each time you turn on the unit (like my Denon receiver does).
