Short version: if you're looking for cheap seeds to store in a refrigerated bunker for the apocalypse, I suppose these will do, but otherwise, give this a miss.
Good to know, if I ever live near a Menards. I'm always a bit dismayed at the prices of generic seeds in stores around me.
They usually have the sales in early spring. They have had the sale a couple times this year.
Nearest location is most of the distance of two states away from me, so if I happen to be there, I'll check, but...
Both Lowes and Home Depot prices are ridiculous, considering what they carry. Some of the Ace and TruValue affiliates near me have seeds, albeit with anemic selections. TSH is hot garbage. The best quality B&M seed source around here (MD) is actually a grocery store (Sprouts) but they're expensive, and, frankly, the bar is very low. Some of the local nurseries have some kind of selection, but... I think they're only supplying things they don't want to bother selling as plants. This leaves two sources for seeds. Gardeners' exchanges, and online (or print catalog) seed sellers.
I grew up around dedicated seed stores and they don't really seem to exist anymore.

Yeah, and I actually grabbed some of those, but 10/$1 is a whole different level of cheap seeds.
True, but heirloom means you can save and plant next year.
Yes keep in refrigerator
