YMMV, found 2 in my area. One of the few Windows laptops with a haptic touchpad, especially at this price if you can snag one. It's an OLED panel. RAM is soldered and there's only 1 SSD slot. I read the lower CPU wattage issue versus the 14" model was addressed with a BIOS update.

Happy hunting.

Great everyday use laptop with this screen. Stonking deal if there's no issue with the laptop itself

If it weren't for this huge size, I would buy it in a 13.6" or 14" one.

Same. Too big to travel with.

Left El Paso a year ago and never got lucky with deals like this. Now that I'm gone, this shows up. (None in my area now) Oh well, haha

They're around. Some of the Walmarts like the one on Woodrow Bean still have some nutty laptop clearance deals and such. I was watching the LG Gram for weeks at $454 but they finally sold at that price.

All 3 Best Buys regularly have some juicy open box deals.

Some of mine at the EP Best Buys this year...
Zenbook A14 Snapdragon X with 32GB RAM - $540
Mac Mini M2 8GB - $220
Asus Vivobook with i9 13900H, 16GB RAM, RTX 3050 - $314
Lenovo Duet 3 Chromebook - $77
Sennheiser HD 560s - $62

My craziest one was a $1220 Lenovo Legion desktop with a 4080 Super, 14900KF, 32GB RAM, watercooling, etc. but that was in Albuquerque. You bet I drove all that way for that one. Dinged up but runs fine. Sold the GPU almost for what I paid for the whole tower. 🤣

Edit: My order for the Spectre was cancelled lol. Oh well.

BB specs say IPS, not oled? HPs site does say OLED for this sku... I assume HPs is correct?

There is at least one in my area but it indicates that it is an LCD IPS screen, not OLED

This model is from 2023? Probably very rare to find now. I also see no mention of OLED but could easily be with that high msrp.

Yup. I typically use a separate keyboard at home but I need a numpad if traveling or not using the external keyboard.
