There is a firmware update allowing this to work with the Nintendo Switch.

At this time, it does NOT work with Switch 2 for video out according to Reddit. Maybe there will be another firmware update at some point, but no guarantee at this time.

It worked for my switch maybe twice. Then the dock died. Doesnt work for anything. Waste of money in my experience.

This was a pain in the ass to update, but afterwards it worked on my laptop and switch. One thing I really like about this is that it is cool to the touch regardless of how long it's plugged in. Bought a Genki dock not for travel but to clean up my desk from needing a bulky dock and it felt unsafe to leave plugged in due to how hot it ran.

You are only going to get this at the 20 price on rarer occasions like BF or Cyber Monday sales. If you can wait do, if not 30 is as good as it's going to get.

Updated the firmware yesterday then tried to use it with Steam Deck (Jackbox). It kept dropping the video connection
